TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Peak Prep ("Peak Prep", "we", "us") prepares and delivers chef-crafted, macro-labeled meals from 149 S Briggs St, Erie, CO 80516. These terms apply to every meal plan subscription, one-time order, promotion, and delivery we provide. By requesting a plan or accepting a delivery you agree to these terms.

2. Plans and pricing

We offer three subscription plans. Prices are per week and are based on the number of meals in your plan, not on the calendar month.

Prices exclude premium meal add-ons (Section 4) and any applicable sales tax. We may change prices for future billing cycles with at least 14 days' notice; a price change never applies to a cycle you have already paid for.

3. Billing cycles: 4 weeks, not calendar months

Because your price is built from a fixed number of meals per week, we bill in 4-week cycles rather than by calendar month. Each cycle covers exactly four weekly deliveries, so a cycle always costs your weekly price times four, regardless of whether the month has 28, 30, or 31 days.

• "Month to month" means you are billed one 4-week cycle at a time and may cancel before any renewal.
• Your first cycle begins with your first delivery week. Each following cycle renews automatically every 28 days on the same weekday unless you have paused or cancelled.
• Thirteen 4-week cycles occur in a year. Over a full year you will therefore see thirteen charges, not twelve.
• Payment is due at the start of each cycle by the payment method on file.

4. Premium meal add-ons

Plan pricing is based on our standard meals. Some meals use premium proteins and carry a per-meal add-on that is added to your weekly total for each premium meal you select. Current add-ons:

• Lemon Herb Salmon & Carrots: +$4.00 per meal
• Carne Asada Skirt Steak: +$4.00 per meal
• Tuna Poke Salad w/ Rice: +$2.00 per meal
• Shrimp Fajita Bowl and Chipotle Relleno & Roasted Veggies: +$1.00 per meal
• Beef Barbacoa and Lean Pulled Pork Carnitas: +$0.50 per meal

Add-ons are calculated from the meals you select for each week and are charged with that week's delivery. Add-on amounts may change as ingredient costs change; the current amounts are always shown on the menu and macros pages.

5. Elite plan minimum term

The Elite plan's lower per-meal price comes with a 3-month minimum commitment, which we define as three consecutive 4-week billing cycles (12 weekly deliveries). After the minimum term the Elite plan continues month to month. Elite subscriptions cancelled before the minimum term is complete are charged for the remaining cycles of the minimum term.

6. Pausing your subscription

You may pause your subscription at any time before your weekly order cutoff. While paused you are not billed and no meals are delivered. When you resume, deliveries and billing pick up where they left off.

• Pausing does not shorten a cycle you have already paid for; unused weeks in a paid cycle are credited to the weeks after you resume.
• For the Elite plan, paused weeks do not count toward the 3-month minimum term; the minimum term is extended by the length of the pause.
• Pauses requested after the weekly order cutoff take effect the following week.

7. Changing meals or plans

You may swap the meals in your weekly box any time before the weekly order cutoff. Plan upgrades and downgrades take effect at the start of your next 4-week cycle. Downgrading from Elite during its minimum term is not permitted.

8. Cancellation and refunds

• Month-to-month plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle; we do not refund the remaining weeks of a cycle already in progress.
• Elite plans may be cancelled after the minimum term on the same basis, or earlier subject to Section 5.
• If a delivery is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace the meals or credit your account.

9. Delivery

Meals are delivered weekly in Erie, CO and nearby areas. Delivery days, the weekly order cutoff, and any delivery fee for your address are confirmed when we set up your plan. Meals are left at your door in insulated packaging; you are responsible for refrigerating them promptly after delivery. We are not responsible for meals that spoil because they were left out.

10. Food safety, nutrition, and allergens

• All meals are prepared fresh and never frozen. Refrigerate on arrival and eat by the date on the label.
• Nutrition information (calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sugar, sodium) is approximate per serving and may vary slightly by batch.
• All meals are gluten-free, prepared without gluten-containing ingredients in a kitchen that also handles wheat, dairy, eggs, shellfish, fish, soy, and tree nuts. If you have a severe allergy, tell us before ordering.
• Our meals are not medical nutrition therapy. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any diet.

11. Promotions and referrals

Referral and new-customer credits apply to future cycles, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn if abused. New-customer discounts apply to your first box only. Only one promotion may be applied per cycle unless we say otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "last updated" date. Continuing your subscription after an update means you accept the updated terms.
